We would like to start by thanking the 2025 exhibitors whose participation helped create an Expo that received fantastic feedback, both directly to us and in the press (for example, in the swedish Knivmakaren magazine).


In 2026, KnivExpo will be located in the Western Embankment (Västra Vallen) and at Vadstena Castle's Courtyard (Borggården). The Western Embankment is the Castle's largest hall and it is located directly adjacent to the Courtyard, so now the entire fair will be on one single floor. The Western Embankment has the same arrangement as in previous years in the Great Hall (Stora Rikssalen). The number of exhibitors here is limited, and those who have exhibited at the Expo before will have priority in registration. Exhibitors in the Western Embankment can leave their products on the tables as the hall is locked and alarmed at night. Many prefer to cover their tables with a tablecloth when leaving at the end of de Expoday, and for that, you'll need to bring your own cloth. Once again, we emphasize attendance, as no one wants to visit an Expo with empty tables. In the Western Embankment, exhibitors are required to attend all three days of the Expo.


The Courtyard will be equipped with exhibition tents that have flooring. The size of the tents will be adjusted based on the number of exhibitors registering, so we are more flexible in terms of the number of exhibitors here. We certainly want to continue being an Expo that is open to those who can only participate for one or two days. If you are unable to exhibit on all Expo days, please inform us of this when you register. The placement of the tents will be adjusted from previous years, and we will also ensure better lighting. Exhibitors in the Courtyard must remove their products at the end of each Expoday since the Courtyard remains open to visitors late into the evening, and it cannot be locked or alarmed. This is also why there is a difference in table prices between the Western Embankment and the Courtyard.


No vehicular traffic is allowed in the Courtyard during Expo hours, and setup and takedown must also take place outside of these hours. Some exceptions can be made in special cases after discussion between the exhibitor and the Expo organizers, but strong reasons are required.


We will provide you with tables, tablecloths, and accompanying chairs. Each spot will be labeled with the exhibitor's unique information. Electricity can be provided at all tables if needed. Everything is included in the price (this applies to both the Western Embankment and the Courtyard.


This year, exhibitors will again have the opportunity to order lunch, and the menu will be sent to you via email in the spring.


We will continue to offer a breakfast bag containing two cheese and ham sandwiches, a yogurt, an egg, coffee/tea, and juice. The breakfast bag is booked directly in the registration for the fair.

You also have the chance to purchase our specially designed coffee mug for KnivExpo 2025 exhibitors, which includes unlimited coffee or tea from KnivExpo’s cafés throughout the Expo.

Just like last year, we want you to make a short presentation of who you are and what your work/products consist of when you register for the fair. Here you can also provide addresses for your website, Instagram and Facebook, so we can link to your pages from ours. This information will help us better present you as exhibitors.

This year we are also giving you the opportunity to customize your personal nameplates directly in your registration for the fair. Do you want it to be just your name, just your company name or your company name and your name? If there are several of you at your table, which names do you want to be on the different signs?

On Thursday evening, July 9th, we will light up the grills as per tradition. The 2025 barbecue evening exceeded all of our expectations, so let's repeat it in 2026—bigger and better!
